Whirlwind like the painting suggest is a representation of cyclones and hurricanes. Even though cyclones are a natural disaster, human interference makes them more destructive. Hurricanes are caused by warm temperature at sea surface and we humans have contributed majorly towards climate change and rise of temperatures. Human intervention is making natural disasters unnaturally harmful.
